I’m Sharls, the owner, head coach and mindset coach of MMC.
My purpose and mission is to help empower women to unlock their HIGHEST potential, through training their minds as well as their muscles!

Train the way we do with easy access to do from anywhere, at home or in the gym.
Exercise walk through videos, warm up mobility & recovery routines, daily habit checklists, 2-way messaging for any advice/help needed, track your progress through logging weights & reps to hold you accountable & striving for more!

As an all women’s empowerment gym, our focus is exactly that, to EMPOWER you through evidence based education, a coach with an eye for detail ensures you are moving safely and encourages you to go harder, only when it is safe to do so.
Unlike other group fitness studios, our challenges contain 1:1 personalised coaching, tailored to your specific goals. It is the same approach you would get with a 1:1 PT, with training in a group environment.
We offer mindset development because we know that to sustain body composition changes, we first need to rewire our minds, change lifestyle habits & behaviours.
There is no one size fits all and we are not a ‘quick fix’ stop, we are COMMITTED to your ongoing journey.

Our workouts are designed in 4 week phases, completing the same workouts for this time period allows for improvement on form/technique and is the optima way to build muscle.
Each workout goes for 1 hour; including the 10-15 min warm up.
The workout split is:
Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Shoulders & Back
Wednesday: Leg STRENGTH day
Thursday: Chest, Back & arms
Friday: Booty & Core

This varies each phase, as each phase has a specific purpose; increase mobility, increase strength, increase endurance.
ALL exercises are adaptable, we cater to you! if you are unable to do an exercise, we will have an appropriate swap ready to go.

We personally love beginners because we get to teach the basics and the foundations so you can improve week by week and learn how to move correctly to optimise your performance.
Everything is at your own pace, no fast paced environments, and your passionate, educated coach will be with you guiding the way!

TRAIN UNLIMITED ONE MONTH for $250
Single drop ins are $22When you are a member, you gain access to the workouts in your booking system where you can track your weights & reps to keep you motivated on improving each week.
Memberships are 6 month contracts (4 weeks notice to cancel)
